Indoor Space
*Items will be locked inside of the warehouse over the weekend
Cost: $100

Includes: 3-day booth rental, Friday, June 26- Sunday, June 28
Optional 2-hour booth time: Thursday, June 25, at no additional fee
One 8ft Table Space with or without electricity (table not included)

Set-up Times:
Monday, June 22: 2PM – 7PM Tuesday, June 23: 2PM – 7PM Wednesday, June 24: 9AM-3PM Friday, June 26: 1PM – 2PM (not recommended)
Optional: Although it is recommended that you keep your consignment items set-up in the space throughout the weekend for ease, please note that neither ElderUp nor SBF Enterprises is responsible for any loss or damage to items. The warehouse will be locked after hours.
Outdoor/Field Space
Cost: $30

Includes: 1-day booth rental, Saturday, June 26th
Tent Space Available with no electricity (tent/table not included)
Set-up Time: Saturday, June 27

Note: No electricity available to the outdoor locations.

VOLUNTEER HERE

Drivers & Movers
Drivers & lifters pickup donated items from various location in Kalamazoo and deliver them to the thrift market site, 507 Mills St.
*Requires: 1 Driver and at least 1 mover per truck

Pickup & Delivery Time Possibilities (Donors will call and arrange pickup during these set times)
Monday: 2PM – 7PM
Tuesday: 2PM-7PM
Wednesday: 9AM-4PM


Merchandisers: Setup support

Setup support helps to organize and price donated retail items as they come in.

Organizers– Categories items and put them in their prospective locations
Pricers – Price all items
Display Designers– Create visual appeal
Needed: Teams of 5+

Support the sales of Thrift Items & Auction (Open to donors, sponsors & vendors only)

 

Thrift Market Coordinator
Responsible for soliciting item donations, arranging pickup times with the drivers, supporting merchandisers during setup and leading the sales team during the event.

Music/Entertainment Coordinator
Responsible for complete setup (speakers, mics, electrical cords etc.) and organizing of music during the event.  Live music is most important during the Saturday market.  Background playlist may be played when musicians are not available.

Vendor Coordinator
You are the vendor “Go To”. Responsible for coordinating and supporting vendors before and during the event. Saturday is the only outdoor market. (more details will be given)

Social Media Marketing
Responsible for posting, boosting and driving traffic to the event.

Online Event MC: Manages both the online auction and auction table (Setup Table for visual appeal, transparency and biding accessibility. Every Item should have a description, starting price and QR Code) while also creating online content and mini videos/clips of the event.

Donate High-End Treasures to Support Free Senior Activities

We’re hosting a Popup Thrift Store Fundraiser to support ElderUp and its programs. ElderUp is a nonprofit in Kalamazoo dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through accessible activities that support fitness, creativity, and social connection.

Drop-off Dates & Times: June 22–24
Monday & Tuesday: 2PM – 7PM
Wednesday: 9AM-3PM

If you have high-end items to donate – designer fashion, fine jewelry, art, vintage items, or quality home goods – please consider contributing.

Here’s how to donate:

What we accept: High-quality items in good condition (please no worn-out, damaged, or unsafe items).

How to donate:
Bring donations to the drop-off location during the specified times.
For large items, we can arrange pickup – please call (269) 312-3775 or email eElderUpKalamazoo@gmail.com to schedule.
Tax receipts: Donations are tax-deductible. We’ll provide a receipt with ElderUp’s EIN.

Thank-you perk:
